PROJECT MANAGER

The RAIN Foundation is hiring a full time Project Manager for our Housing program.   We are seeking to hire a seasoned professional (Project Manager) to assist with managing and coordinating services for our young LGTBQ population, who are survivors of sexual assault. The LGBT RAIN Foundation provides residential services to homeless LGBT young adults between the ages of 18-26.

Primary responsibilities and expectations include: Coordinate and facilitate staff-focused IPV workshops, Create a volunteer program: cooking classes, yoga/meditation, art activities, etc, oversee the daily operations of the Safe Zone project, and assist with preparation and facilitation of IPV trainings to local universities, community-based organizations

Ability to facility empowerment group sessions. Knowledge of Empowerment, Seeking Safety and Motivational Interviewing, or other behavioral EBPs a plus

CASE MANAGER

Primary responsibilities and expectations include: Assist with preparation and facilitation of various job-readiness trainings for clients;  Attend community public events, including faith-based gatherings to create awareness and support of the Safe Zone program, etc
